PCP Ammo introduced new ammunition at the SHOT Show Media Day this year. This ammo is exciting because the cartridge cases are made of polymer, a plastic. The polymer cases are much lighter than brass so if you are carrying around large quantities of ammo like the boys in Iraq you can either carry more or carry the same but have it weigh less. PCP is also claiming that the ammunition is extremely accurate; sub MOA. The cases can be reloaded. Also, the plastic cases have the advantage of sealing the chamber better producing cleaner chambers and guns. The ammo will be available for purchase soon in 5.56, 6.8, 7.62×51, and .338 Lapua Mag.
